We understand the key role we play in your companies supply chains and the planning we have in place assures business as usual.
Your business will need to make some preparations in case of a No Deal Brexit, below is our short guide what will be needed to ensure smooth shipping.
- An EORI number is required if trading goods with countries outside the EU. If the UK leaves the EU on the 29th of March a UK EORI number will be required to trade with the EU.
- Obtain your supplier’s EORI / UK EORI number, they may be required for Customs declarations.
- Become familiar with the UN codes of ADR goods you ship within the EU.
It will be also required for Customs clearance. At EGT we are focused on preparing all arrangements to ensure the smoothest transition for our clients both in the UK and EU.
